Party Chicken Membership Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1.⁠ ⁠Membership Fee & Duration

• Membership fee is RM199 per year.

• Membership validity: One year from the date of payment confirmation.

• Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.⁠ ⁠Membership Benefits

2.1 Exclusive Welcome Package:

Members will receive:

• One air fryer (worth RM100).

• 16 packs of chicken chop/breast (worth RM208).

Self-pickup or delivery options available:

• Klang Valley delivery fee: RM20.

• Outstation delivery fee: RM30.

2.2 Special Price for Chicken Chop/Breast:

• Members can purchase chicken chop/breast at RM7.9 per pack throughout the membership period.

2.3 Free Monthly Delivery:

• Members are entitled to one free delivery per month.

• Klang Valley: Minimum order of 10 packs.

• Outstation: Minimum order of 15 packs.

• Free delivery benefit is applicable from the next order after joining.

2.4 Birthday Gift:

• Members will receive one complimentary chicken drumstick on their birthday month.

• Delivery fee for the birthday gift is borne by the member.

• Klang Valley delivery fee: RM20.

• Outstation delivery fee: RM30.

• The birthday gift can be combined with other orders to enjoy the free delivery benefit if conditions are met.

3.⁠ ⁠Referral Rewards

• Members can earn RM199 cashback by referring five (5) friends to join the membership.

• Referred friends must successfully pay for their memberships.

• The RM199 cashback will be credited to the member's account and can only be used to purchase chicken chop or chicken breast.

• Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.⁠ ⁠Early Bird Offer

• Membership promotion price of RM199 is valid until 31/01/2025.

• Party Chicken reserves the right to revise the membership fee after the promotion period.

5.⁠ ⁠General Terms 

• Membership benefits are exclusive to the registered member and cannot be shared.

• Party Chicken reserves the right to amend or discontinue any membership benefits, rewards, or terms at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of any disputes, Party Chicken's decision will be final and binding.

• By purchasing the membership, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions

• 会员有效期：从付款确认日期起一年内有效。  

• 会员费不可退款且不可转让。  

2. 会员福利

会员将收到：  

• 一个空气炸锅（价值 RM100）。  

• 16 包鸡扒/鸡胸肉（价值 RM208）。  

自行取货或送货选项：  

•   巴生谷送货费：RM20。  

•   外地送货费：RM30。  

2.2 鸡扒/鸡胸肉特价：  

• 会员在会员有效期内，可享 RM7.9 每包的优惠价格购买鸡扒或鸡胸肉。  

2.3 每月免费送货：  

• 会员每月享有一次免费送货的权益。  

• 巴生谷：最低订单 10 包。  

• 外地：最低订单 15 包。  

• 免费送货权益自加入后下一次订单开始生效。  

2.4 生日礼物：  

• 会员在生日月份将收到一只免费的鸡腿。  

• 生日礼物的送货费由会员承担。  

• 巴生谷送货费：RM20。  

• 外地送货费：RM30。  

• 生日礼物可与其他订单一起合并，以享受免费送货权益（需符合条件）。  

3. 推荐奖励

• 会员推荐 5 位朋友成功加入会员，即可获得 RM199 返现。  

• 被推荐的朋友必须成功支付会员费。  

• RM199 返现将存入会员账户，仅可用于购买鸡扒或鸡胸肉。  

• 推荐奖励不可转让且不可兑换现金。  

4. 早鸟优惠  

• RM199 的会员促销价有效期至 2025 年 1 月 31 日。  

• Party Chicken保留在促销期后调整会员费的权利。  

5. 基本条款 

• 会员福利仅限注册会员本人享用，不可共享。  

• Party Chicken保留随时更改或终止任何会员福利、奖励或条款的权利，无需提前通知。  

• 如有任何争议，Party Chicken的决定为最终决定且具有约束力。  

• 购买会员即表示会员同意遵守以上条款与条件。
